Store Manager

Responsibilities

• Lead the Sawgrass Mills Outlet team to exceed individual and store sales goals and KPIs
• Coach and inspire a team of Assistant Store Managers, Sales Leads, and Sales Associates
• Deliver exceptional customer experiences by building genuine connections and brand loyalty
• Manage recruitment, retention, and development of talent, including succession planning
• Oversee store operations, including visual merchandising directives and efficient processes
• Partner with Divisional Sales Managers and HR to resolve performance or policy issues

Requirements

• 3-5 years of experience as a Store Manager in a high-performance selling environment
• Strong business acumen and analytical thinking skills to drive results
• Proven ability in recruiting, developing, and managing exceptional teams
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office 365 and retail POS systems
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to work a flexible schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays
• Physical ability to stand for extended periods and lift 50+ pounds
• Must be at least 18 years of age
