Store Manager

Responsibilities

• Lead the Willowbrook Mall retail team to exceed individual and store sales goals and KPIs
• Coach and inspire a team of Assistant Store Managers, Sales Leads, and Sales Associates
• Deliver exceptional customer experiences by building genuine connections and brand loyalty
• Recruit, retain, and develop top talent through effective succession planning
• Manage store operations, including visual merchandising directives and efficient processes
• Partner with Divisional Sales Managers and HR to resolve performance or policy issues

Requirements

• 3-5 years of experience as a Store Manager in a high-performance selling environment
• Strong business acumen and analytical thinking to deliver positive results
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to connect with people at all levels
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office 365 and retail POS systems
• Ability to work a flexible schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays
• Ability to stand for extended periods and lift 50+ pounds
