Store Manager

Responsibilities

• Lead the Clay Terrace store team to deliver exceptional customer experiences and drive sales performance.
• Coach and manage a team of Assistant Store Managers, Sales Leads, and Sales Associates.
• Exceed individual and store sales goals, commercial targets, and key performance indicators (KPIs).
• Recruit, retain, and develop exceptional talent through effective succession planning and internal mobility.
• Partner with Divisional Sales Managers and HR to resolve performance issues or policy violations.
• Ensure timely implementation of visual merchandising directives and efficient operational processes.
• Foster brand loyalty by building genuine connections with customers.

Requirements

• 3-5 years of experience as a Store Manager in a high-performance selling environment.
• Strong business acumen and analytical thinking to deliver positive results.
• Proven recruiting and talent development skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office 365 and retail POS systems.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Physical ability to stand for extended periods and lift 50+ pounds.
• Must be at least 18 years of age with eligibility to work.
