About the role
Responsibilities
- Lead the Clay Terrace store team to deliver exceptional customer experiences and drive sales performance.
- Coach and manage a team of Assistant Store Managers, Sales Leads, and Sales Associates.
- Exceed individual and store sales goals, commercial targets, and key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Recruit, retain, and develop exceptional talent through effective succession planning and internal mobility.
- Partner with Divisional Sales Managers and HR to resolve performance issues or policy violations.
- Ensure timely implementation of visual merchandising directives and efficient operational processes.
- Foster brand loyalty by building genuine connections with customers.
Requirements
- 3-5 years of experience as a Store Manager in a high-performance selling environment.
- Strong business acumen and analytical thinking to deliver positive results.
- Proven recruiting and talent development skills.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office 365 and retail POS systems.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work a flexible schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays.
- Physical ability to stand for extended periods and lift 50+ pounds.
- Must be at least 18 years of age with eligibility to work.
