Store Manager

Responsibilities

• Lead the Fashion Fair Mall store by driving sales and exceeding commercial targets and KPI expectations
• Develop a store culture filled with passion, where team members act as extraordinary brand ambassadors
• Coach and inspire a team of Assistant Store Managers, Sales Leads, and Sales Associates
• Provide real-time feedback and guidance to empower the team in achieving their goals
• Manage talent through recruiting, retaining, and developing exceptional team members
• Oversee store operations, including visual merchandising directives and efficient operational processes
• Partner with the Divisional Sales Manager and HR to resolve performance issues or policy violations

Requirements

• 3-5 years of experience as a Store Manager in a high-performance selling environment
• Strong business acumen and analytical thinking to deliver positive results
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office 365 Suite, KWI, POS systems, and applicant tracking systems
• Ability to work a flexible schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays
• Must be at least 18 years of age and able to provide proof of eligibility to work
