About the role
Responsibilities
- Lead a high-performance team to deliver exceptional customer experiences and drive sales at The Mall at Greece Ridge
- Coach and manage Assistant Store Managers, Sales Leads, and Sales Associates to achieve KPI goals
- Exceed individual and store sales targets by building genuine connections with customers
- Recruit, retain, and develop top talent through effective succession planning and internal mobility
- Oversee store operations, including visual merchandising directives and efficient operational processes
- Partner with Divisional Sales Managers and HR to resolve performance issues or policy violations
Requirements
- 3-5 years of experience as a Store Manager in a high-performance selling environment
- Strong business acumen and analytical thinking skills to drive positive results
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Proven experience in recruitment, talent development, and team leadership
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office 365 and retail POS systems
- Ability to work a flexible schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays
- Physical ability to stand for extended periods and lift 50+ pounds
