Store Manager

Responsibilities

• Lead and coach a high-performance team, including Assistant Store Managers, Sales Leads, and Sales Associates
• Drive sales by exceeding individual and store goals, KPIs, and commercial targets
• Create exceptional customer experiences and build brand loyalty through authentic engagement
• Manage talent acquisition, including recruiting, retaining, and developing team members for succession planning
• Oversee store operations, including visual merchandising implementation and efficient operational processes
• Partner with Divisional Sales Managers and HR to resolve performance issues or policy violations

Requirements

• 3-5 years of experience as a Store Manager in a high-performance selling environment
• Proven leadership skills with the ability to recruit, develop, and inspire teams
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office 365 Suite and retail POS systems
• Strong business acumen and analytical thinking to deliver positive results
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including nights, weekends, and holidays
• Physical ability to stand for extended periods and lift 50+ pounds
• Must be at least 18 years of age and eligible to work
