Store Manager

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and motivate the Mosman team to achieve and exceed sales targets
• Successfully lead teams through change, including the introduction of new products and technology
• Oversee daily store operations including rostering, stock control, visual standards, and compliance
• Recruit, develop, and retain a passionate and capable retail team
• Champion exceptional customer experiences through expert product knowledge
• Create a positive, inclusive, and engaging store environment

Requirements

• Proven sales leadership with a track record of achievement within a KPI structure
• Previous leadership experience, ideally within a retail environment
• Demonstrated ability to lead teams through change and support new initiatives
• Strong problem-solving, time management, and organizational skills
• A passion for technology, innovation, and continuous learning
