About the role
Responsibilities
- Oversee all sales and operational activities to ensure weekly and monthly objectives are met
- Recruit, onboard, and develop qualified talent, focusing on luxury retail expertise
- Coach associates through clear, motivating, and constructive performance feedback
- Manage store staffing to consistently deliver an exceptional customer service experience
- Monitor business performance by analyzing KPIs and implementing strategic action plans
- Maintain accurate product inventory and ensure brand standards of presentation
- Guide customers in selecting frames and lenses suited to their lifestyle and prescription
- Manage employee relations, including time and attendance, performance, and asset protection
Requirements
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Proven retail management experience, preferably in a luxury selling environment
- Strong oral and written communication skills
- Strong financial acumen and interpersonal skills
- Flexibility to work non-traditional hours, including evenings and weekends
- Ability to remain in a stationary position and move boxes weighing up to 20 pounds
