Store Manager

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of store employees to create and maintain the Oakley Experience for all customers
• Drive high levels of sales performance and achieve store results
• Recruit, hire, and train top talent to meet store and company needs
• Provide ongoing feedback, coaching, and goal setting to improve employee performance
• Manage store visual standards, including merchandise presentation, signage, and lighting
• Monitor store profitability, manage payroll, and review operational reports
• Oversee inventory accuracy and ensure compliance with company policies and security procedures
• Solve operational problems to improve store service, efficiency, and productivity

Requirements

• 3+ years of retail sales experience within a specialty environment
• 1+ years of retail management experience
• Availability to work a flexible schedule, including nights, weekends, and holidays
• Strong verbal and written communication skills with an ability to build relationships
• Ability to be on your feet for extended periods and move throughout the sales floor or stock room
• Ability to maneuver merchandise and lift up to 40 lbs
