About the role
Responsibilities
- Lead the team in a dynamic and enthusiastic manner
- Oversee boutique operations and manage sales targets and KPIs
- Establish logistical, operational, and analytical processes
- Prepare weekly reports on store performance and product status
- Maintain meticulous customer service standards and client relationships
- Welcome ambassadors and VIPs while assisting in market prospecting
- Manage stock control and minimize inventory loss
- Select, train, and promote staff to drive growth and productivity
- Oversee visual merchandising initiatives
Requirements
- Minimum of two years of management experience
- Ability to collect and analyze data rigorously
- Strategic and analytical mindset for business decision-making
- Strong oral and written communication skills
- Passion for fashion and products
- High level of English proficiency
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel
- Knowledge of Amsterdam's city and culture
