Store Manager

Responsibilities

• Lead and coach a high-performing retail team to achieve sales, service, and profitability goals
• Drive operational excellence by managing P/L statements, labor, expenses, and brand activations
• Foster an inclusive, engaged team environment through recognition, rewards, and professional development
• Execute brand initiatives and maintain high standards for safety and organization
• Partner with District Partners on enterprise-wide programs and community partnerships
• Ensure a premium customer experience by implementing Nike Service Principles

Requirements

• Minimum of six years of customer-facing retail or hospitality experience
• Minimum of four years of store management experience
• Proven expertise in retail operations, budgeting, planning, and people leadership
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and retail business systems
• Ability to stand for extended periods and perform physical tasks such as bending, squatting, and climbing ladders
• Availability to work weekends, nights, and holidays as needed
• Strong conflict resolution and employee coaching skills
