Store Manager

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and inspire a high-performing retail team to deliver exceptional customer service
• Drive store growth strategies and achieve sales, service, and profitability goals
• Manage store operations including P/L statements, labor management, expenses, and brand activations
• Foster an inclusive and engaged team environment through recognition and rewards
• Execute brand initiatives and collaborate with District Partners on enterprise-wide programs
• Maintain high safety and operational standards within the store

Requirements

• Minimum of 6 years of customer-facing retail or hospitality experience
• Minimum of 4 years of store management experience
• Expertise in retail operations, budgeting, planning, and people leadership
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and retail business systems
• Proven ability to utilize tools for conflict resolution and employee coaching
• Ability to stand for extended periods and perform physical tasks such as bending, squatting, and climbing ladders
• Availability to work weekends, nights, and holidays as needed
