About the role
Responsibilities
- Build and lead a high-performing team by recruiting, hiring, developing, and retaining top talent.
- Manage staffing goals and seasonal hiring timelines while providing ongoing coaching and performance management.
- Deliver an exceptional guest experience by driving sales through product knowledge and emotional connections.
- Implement company selling strategies and drive guest loyalty through rewards programs and KPIs.
- Maintain store appearance and visual standards, including plan-o-grams, signage, and cleanliness.
- Analyze business metrics to identify root causes and create effective action plans to drive results.
- Manage operational activities including scheduling, inventory management, expense control, and loss prevention.
Requirements
- High School completion or equivalent GED.
- 3+ years of experience as a Retail Store Manager or in a similar leadership role.
- Strong leadership, team management, and interpersonal communication skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and retail software.
- Strong analytical skills with a solution-oriented mindset.
- Ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays.
