Store Manager

Responsibilities

• Build and lead a high-performing team by recruiting, hiring, developing, and retaining top talent.
• Manage staffing goals and seasonal hiring timelines while providing ongoing coaching and performance management.
• Deliver an exceptional guest experience by building emotional connections through product knowledge and selling strategies.
• Drive guest loyalty through the Rewards Loyalty program and effective communication.
• Maintain store appearance by executing visual standards, plan-o-grams, and ensuring cleanliness.
• Analyze business metrics to identify root causes and create action plans that drive profitable sales growth.
• Manage operational activities including scheduling, inventory management, expense control, and loss prevention.

Requirements

• High School completion or equivalent GED.
• Proven experience as a Retail Store Manager or in a similar leadership role (3+ years preferred).
• Strong leadership, team management, and interpersonal communication skills.
• Proficient in retail software and Microsoft Office.
• Strong analytical skills and a solution-oriented mindset.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
