Store Manager

Responsibilities

• Build and lead a high-performing team by recruiting, hiring, developing, and retaining top talent.
• Foster a positive work environment through effective coaching, performance management, and succession planning.
• Deliver an exceptional guest experience by driving product knowledge and emotional connections with customers.
• Maximize sales potential by implementing company selling strategies and driving loyalty through rewards programs.
• Maintain store visual standards, including plan-o-grams, signage, and overall cleanliness.
• Analyze business metrics to create action plans that drive profitable top-line sales growth.
• Manage operational activities including scheduling, inventory management, expense control, and loss prevention.

Requirements

• High School completion or equivalent GED.
• Proven experience as a Retail Store Manager or in a similar leadership role (3+ years preferred).
• Strong leadership, team management, and interpersonal communication skills.
• Proficiency in retail software and Microsoft Office.
• Strong analytical skills with a solution-oriented mindset.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays.
