Store Manager

Responsibilities

• Recruit, hire, develop, and retain top talent to build a high-performing team.
• Provide coaching, performance management, and succession planning to foster a positive work environment.
• Deliver an engaging guest experience by utilizing product knowledge and implementing company selling strategies.
• Drive guest loyalty through the Rewards Loyalty program and effective communication.
• Maintain store appearance by executing visual standards, plan-o-grams, and cleanliness protocols.
• Analyze business metrics to identify root causes and create action plans that drive profitable sales growth.
• Manage store operations including scheduling, inventory management, expense control, and loss prevention.

Requirements

• High School completion or equivalent GED.
• Proven experience as a Retail Store Manager or in a similar leadership role (3+ years preferred).
• Strong leadership, team management, and interpersonal communication skills.
• Proficiency in retail software and Microsoft Office.
• Strong analytical skills and a solution-oriented mindset.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
