About the role

Responsibilities

  • Develop and deliver engaging training sessions and provide ongoing coaching to Sales Representatives
  • Strategically manage and optimize team schedules for effective coverage at activation events
  • Oversee the professional setup and dismantle of Neo activation booths
  • Monitor individual and team sales performance against targets and provide constructive feedback
  • Provide hands-on support and guidance to the team at various activation events
  • Collaborate with management to refine sales techniques and strategies
  • Generate sales revenue by actively selling company products and services
  • Track key sales metrics and provide regular reports on team performance

Requirements

  • Proven experience in a sales role with a track record of achieving targets
  • Demonstrated leadership or supervisory experience, ideally in sales
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to motivate, coach, and develop a sales team
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Flexibility to work evenings and weekends as required
