Store Manager

Responsibilities

• Identify new customers and revenue opportunities to drive store growth
• Manage P&L responsibilities and implement business plans to solve roadblocks
• Support outside sales in identifying and maintaining wholesale accounts
• Build, guide, and develop an engaged team to deliver exceptional customer care
• Drive continuous improvement in store processes and procedures
• Protect and maintain the security of store assets and ensure safety standards
• Maintain high standards for store appearance and organization

Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Passion for delivering customer care and building long-term relationships
• Ability to operate a cash register and navigate computer and catalog systems
• Knowledge of inventory controls, stocking levels, and seasonal shifts
• High energy and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced retail environment
• Strong personal drive, self-motivation, and initiative

Preferred Qualifications

• Technical or Trade school courses or a related degree
• Background in the automotive, heavy equipment, diesel, marine, or dealership industries
• Previous management experience in a parts store, retail, or fast-paced service environment
• ASE Certifications
