Store Manager

Responsibilities

• Identify new customers and revenue opportunities to drive store growth
• Manage P&L responsibilities and implement business plans to solve roadblocks
• Support outside sales in identifying and maintaining wholesale accounts
• Build, guide, and develop an engaged team to deliver exceptional customer care
• Drive continuous improvement in store processes and procedures
• Protect and maintain the security of store assets
• Maintain high standards for store safety and appearance

Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Proven leadership skills with a focus on collaboration and effectiveness
• Ability to operate a cash register and navigate computer and catalog systems
• Strong customer service focus and high energy in a fast-paced environment
• Self-motivated with the initiative to accomplish business goals

Preferred Qualifications

• Technical or Trade school courses or a related degree
• Background in the automotive, heavy equipment, diesel, marine, or dealership industries
• Management experience in a parts store, retail, or fast-paced service environment
• Knowledge of inventory controls, stocking levels, and seasonal shifts
• ASE Certifications
