Store Manager

Responsibilities

• Identify new customers and revenue opportunities to drive store growth
• Manage P&L, business plans, and initiatives to solve operational roadblocks
• Build, guide, and develop an engaged team to deliver exceptional customer care
• Support outside sales in identifying and maintaining wholesale accounts
• Steer continuous improvement in store processes and procedures
• Protect and maintain the security of store assets and ensure safety standards
• Maintain high standards for store appearance and organization

Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Proven leadership experience in a retail or fast-paced environment
• Experience in customer service and building long-term relationships
• Ability to operate cash registers and navigate computer and paper catalog systems
• Strong personal drive, self-motivation, and initiative

Preferred Qualifications

• Background in the automotive, heavy equipment, diesel, or marine industries
• Experience in parts store management, auto body, or dealership environments
• Knowledge of inventory controls, stocking levels, and seasonal shifts
• Technical or trade school courses/degree
• ASE Certifications
