Store Manager

Responsibilities

• Achieve financial objectives by meeting or exceeding store sales goals and managing expense budgets
• Set sales goals for associates and monitor individual performance
• Analyze store performance using business analytics to implement growth programs
• Recruit, hire, train, and evaluate store employees to ensure peak performance
• Schedule and organize staff to maximize store productivity
• Provide continuous coaching and mentoring to enhance staff performance
• Establish rapport with customers and utilize CRM practices to meet customer requirements
• Resolve customer issues and complaints to ensure high satisfaction levels
• Manage store marketing, merchandising, and loss prevention programs
• Oversee daily operational duties, including store opening and closing procedures

Requirements

• At least 3 years of experience as a Retail Manager, preferably in luxury, jewelry, fashion, or specialty retail
• Strong sales background and proven ability to drive results
• Proficiency in using business analytics to drive decision-making
• Superior skills in employee management, mentoring, and development
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to build a culture focused on teamwork and success
• Intermediate computer skills
• Flexible schedule availability to meet business needs
