Store Manager

Responsibilities

• Oversee all daily store operations, including opening/closing, staffing, and floor supervision
• Own the store’s daily, weekly, and monthly sales results and drive key metrics like conversion and ATV
• Manage stock availability, pricing, visual merchandising, and loss prevention practices
• Lead the customer experience by example, handling VIP clients and complex situations
• Manage the store team through scheduling, task allocation, and performance check-ins
• Facilitate training and onboarding for new joiners to ensure high service standards

Requirements

• Minimum of 5 years of retail management experience in Kuwait within the luxury, watches, or jewelry sectors
• Fluency in both English and Arabic
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to build lasting customer relationships

Preferred Qualifications

• Academic degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or Management
• Relevant certifications in sales, management, or project management
