Store Manager

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and inspire the store team to foster a culture of performance and accountability.
• Recruit, train, and develop staff to build a high-performing team of brand ambassadors.
• Drive sales performance by analyzing business reports and developing actionable strategic plans.
• Manage store operations, including inventory control, loss prevention, and expense management.
• Ensure exceptional customer experiences and drive loyalty through effective clienteling and database management.
• Maintain brand image and visual merchandising standards in alignment with company directives.
• Partner with the District Manager and corporate teams to achieve district-wide performance goals.

Requirements

• Proven retail management experience in a fast-paced environment.
• Charismatic and inspirational leadership skills with the ability to coach others.
• Proficiency in retail math, KPI analysis, and Microsoft Office applications.
• Strong technology proficiency to leverage digital tools for sales and customer engagement.
• Excellent organizational, interpersonal, and communication skills.
• Ability to thrive under pressure and maintain high attention to detail.
• Fluency in English.
