Responsibilities

• Lead and motivate a team of approximately 20-40 employees
• Manage and optimize work processes across various departments
• Ensure market success through the management of business KPIs
• Develop and implement suitable marketing strategies
• Act as a strategic partner to the corporate headquarters
• Represent the market at major events and with key customers

Requirements

• Proven leadership experience in a retail context
• Completed commercial training or a degree in business administration
• Experience as a store manager, facility manager, or department head
• Strong customer orientation towards the gastronomy and hospitality sectors
• Expertise in food handling and affinity for fresh products and cooking
• Strong communication and networking skills
• Entrepreneurial mindset and ability to identify trends
