About the role
Responsibilities
- Drive revenue and profitability by exceeding financial targets
- Lead and motivate the store team to deliver exceptional customer service
- Manage all aspects of store operations including inventory, order fulfillment, and shrink mitigation
- Oversee visual merchandising standards and retail campaign implementation
- Lead talent acquisition, onboarding, training, and performance management
- Maintain organizational integrity of back-of-house and sales floor
Requirements
- Experience in a high-volume retail environment
- Proven financial management experience including payroll and expense control
- Strong leadership capabilities with a track record of developing talent
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment
- Understanding of local market trends and retail requirements
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience opening a new store from scratch
- Background working in a start-up or fast-growing company
