Store Manager

Responsibilities

• Drive revenue and profitability by exceeding financial targets
• Lead and motivate the store team to deliver exceptional customer service
• Manage all aspects of store operations including inventory, order fulfillment, and shrink mitigation
• Oversee visual merchandising standards and retail campaign implementation
• Lead talent acquisition, onboarding, training, and performance management
• Maintain organizational integrity of back-of-house and sales floor

Requirements

• Experience in a high-volume retail environment
• Proven financial management experience including payroll and expense control
• Strong leadership capabilities with a track record of developing talent
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment
• Understanding of local market trends and retail requirements

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience opening a new store from scratch
• Background working in a start-up or fast-growing company
