Store Manager

Responsibilities

• Drive revenue and profitability by exceeding financial targets and managing store KPIs
• Lead and motivate the store team, ensuring high engagement and service excellence
• Oversee all aspects of store operations including inventory management, order fulfillment, and shrink mitigation
• Maintain visual merchandising standards, brand presentation, and retail campaign implementation
• Manage people operations including hiring, onboarding, training, and scheduling

Requirements

• Experience in a high-volume retail environment
• Proven financial management experience including sales driving, payroll, and expense control
• Exceptional leadership skills with a track record of developing talent
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience opening a retail store from scratch
• Experience working in a startup or fast-growing company
