About the role
Responsibilities
- Drive revenue and profitability by exceeding financial targets and managing store KPIs
- Lead and motivate the store team, ensuring high engagement and service excellence
- Oversee all aspects of store operations including inventory management, order fulfillment, and shrink mitigation
- Maintain visual merchandising standards, brand presentation, and retail campaign implementation
- Manage people operations including hiring, onboarding, training, and scheduling
Requirements
- Experience in a high-volume retail environment
- Proven financial management experience including sales driving, payroll, and expense control
- Exceptional leadership skills with a track record of developing talent
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience opening a retail store from scratch
- Experience working in a startup or fast-growing company
