Responsibilities
- Drive revenue and profitability while exceeding financial targets
- Lead and motivate the store team to deliver exceptional customer service
- Manage all aspects of store operations including inventory, order fulfillment, and shrink mitigation
- Oversee visual merchandising standards and retail campaign implementation
- Lead talent acquisition, onboarding, training, and performance management
- Maintain organizational integrity of back-of-house and display inventory
Requirements
- Experience in a high-volume retail environment
- Proven financial management experience including payroll and expense control
- Exceptional leadership capabilities with a track record of developing talent
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment
- Understanding of local market trends and requirements
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience opening a retail store from scratch
- Experience working in a start-up or fast-growing company
