About the role

Responsibilities

  • Drive revenue and profitability by exceeding financial targets
  • Lead and motivate the store team to deliver exceptional customer service
  • Manage all aspects of store operations including inventory, order fulfillment, and shrink mitigation
  • Oversee visual merchandising, assortment performance, and retail campaign implementation
  • Lead people operations including hiring, onboarding, training, and scheduling
  • Maintain high standards of store cleanliness, organization, and brand presentation

Requirements

  • Experience in a high-volume retail environment
  • Proven financial management experience including payroll and expense control
  • Strong leadership skills with a track record of developing talent
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment
  • Deep knowledge of local retail trends and markets

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience opening a new store from scratch
  • Experience working in a startup or fast-growing company
