About the role
Responsibilities
- Drive revenue and profitability by exceeding financial targets
- Lead and motivate the store team to deliver exceptional customer service
- Manage all aspects of store operations including inventory, order fulfillment, and shrink mitigation
- Oversee visual merchandising, assortment performance, and retail campaign implementation
- Lead people operations including hiring, onboarding, training, and scheduling
- Maintain high standards of store cleanliness, organization, and brand presentation
Requirements
- Experience in a high-volume retail environment
- Proven financial management experience including payroll and expense control
- Strong leadership skills with a track record of developing talent
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment
- Deep knowledge of local retail trends and markets
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience opening a new store from scratch
- Experience working in a startup or fast-growing company
