Responsibilities

• Drive store revenue and profitability by managing financial health, spend, and costs
• Lead, mentor, and motivate a high-performing retail team to achieve KPIs
• Oversee recruitment, onboarding, and talent development for the store
• Ensure exceptional customer experiences by coaching staff on sales techniques and product knowledge
• Manage store operations including inventory, cycle counts, and scheduling
• Act as a brand ambassador and partner with marketing to host community events
• Maintain visual merchandising standards and manage stock levels

Requirements

• Minimum 3 years of experience as a personnel manager in retail and customer service
• Proven experience in financial management, including sales driving, payroll, and expense control
• Strong leadership skills with a track record of developing talent in fast-paced environments
• Excellent communication skills and ability to lead through change
• Fluency in both French and English is mandatory
• Deep understanding of local market trends and retail environments

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience opening a retail store from scratch
• Experience working in a high-growth startup or fast-scaling company
