Store Manager

Responsibilities

• Take full responsibility for the economic success of the Bernau outlet
• Manage and optimize shopper performance using business KPIs
• Handle efficient personnel planning and team leadership
• Motivate and coordinate the store team to ensure high performance
• Maintain responsibility for the representative and visual appearance of the store
• Provide active customer consultation and service with a high standard of care
• Collaborate proactively with departments such as Purchasing, Visual Merchandising, and HR

Requirements

• Completed commercial training in retail or a comparable degree
• At least two years of professional experience in a similar leadership position
• Strong organizational talent and entrepreneurial thinking
• Proven ability to lead, motivate, and inspire a team by example
• Excellent communication skills
• Strong identification with the outdoor industry and the Mammut brand
