About the role
Responsibilities
- Manage the economic and commercial performance of the store
- Lead, animate, and manage the sales team
- Handle staff organization and scheduling
- Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs)
- Guarantee a premium customer experience
- Collaborate with internal teams including Purchasing, Visual Merchandising, and HR
Requirements
