Store Manager

Responsibilities

• Oversee the commercial and operational management of the Maasmechelen boutique
• Lead, coach, and train a team of approximately 5 members
• Drive in-store animation and ensure high levels of customer service
• Implement and maintain visual merchandising (VM) guidelines
• Analyze business performance and implement effective action plans

Requirements

• 1 year or more of professional experience in retail management
• Strong leadership and compassionate management skills
• Proven ability to coach and develop team members
• Strong business analysis and decision-making skills
• A genuine passion for fashion and the retail industry
