About the role
Responsibilities
- Lead recruitment, training, and development of the management and retail teams
- Drive sales by exceeding daily goals and executing business plans aligned with brand strategy
- Educate customers and staff on brand values, ethical sourcing, and product knowledge
- Manage operational excellence including budgets, stock, inventory, and visual merchandising
- Oversee scheduling, payroll accuracy, and compliance with health and safety protocols
- Foster a diverse, equitable, and inclusive environment through active DEIB initiatives
Requirements
- 3-5 years of retail management experience
- Strong HR skills including hiring, scheduling, and performance management
- Excellent communication, analytical, and troubleshooting skills
- Strong customer service and supervisory abilities
- Knowledge of skincare, natural beauty, and ethical business practices
- Ability to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with consultation-based customer service models
- Proven track record of developing retail staff careers
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Office Suite
- Experience in cross-cultural collaboration or DEIB training
- Fluency in Spanish, French, or other languages
