About the role
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with the team to exceed daily sales goals and ensure an inclusive customer experience
- Educate customers and staff on brand values, ethical buying, and product ingredients
- Develop and execute business plans to improve KPIs and achieve sales targets
- Recruit, train, and develop the management and retail teams
- Manage store operations including budgets, stock, inventory, and visual merchandising
- Oversee scheduling, payroll accuracy, and compliance with health and safety protocols
Requirements
- 3-5 years of retail management experience
- Strong HR skills including hiring, scheduling, and performance management
- Excellent communication, analytical, and troubleshooting skills
- Strong customer service and supervisory abilities
- Knowledge of skincare, natural beauty, and ethical business practices
- Ability to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with consultation-based customer service models
- Proven track record of developing retail staff careers
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Office Suite
- Experience in cross-cultural collaboration or DEIB training
- Fluency in Spanish, French, or other languages
