About the role

Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with the team to exceed daily sales goals and ensure an inclusive customer experience
  • Educate customers and staff on brand values including ethical buying and animal testing positions
  • Manage budgets, inventory, and stock levels to ensure product freshness and availability
  • Coach and develop staff through performance management, training, and constructive feedback
  • Implement merchandising plans and maintain visual standards to drive sales
  • Oversee scheduling, time, and attendance to ensure operational excellence and payroll accuracy

Requirements

  • 3-5 years of retail management experience
  • Strong HR skills including hiring, scheduling, and conflict resolution
  • Excellent communication, analytical, and organizational skills
  • Knowledge of skincare, natural beauty, and ethical business practices
  • Ability to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with consultation-based customer service models
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Office suite
  • Experience in cross-cultural collaboration or DEIB training
  • Fluency in French, Spanish, or other languages
