About the role
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with the team to exceed daily sales goals and ensure an inclusive customer experience
- Educate customers and staff on brand values including ethical buying and animal testing positions
- Manage budgets, inventory, and stock levels to ensure product freshness and availability
- Coach and develop staff through performance management, training, and constructive feedback
- Implement merchandising plans and maintain visual standards to drive sales
- Oversee scheduling, time, and attendance to ensure operational excellence and payroll accuracy
Requirements
- 3-5 years of retail management experience
- Strong HR skills including hiring, scheduling, and conflict resolution
- Excellent communication, analytical, and organizational skills
- Knowledge of skincare, natural beauty, and ethical business practices
- Ability to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with consultation-based customer service models
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Office suite
- Experience in cross-cultural collaboration or DEIB training
- Fluency in French, Spanish, or other languages
