Store Manager

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with the team to exceed daily sales goals and ensure an inclusive customer experience
• Educate customers and staff on brand values, ethical buying, and product ingredients
• Develop and execute business plans to improve KPIs and achieve sales targets
• Recruit, train, and develop the management team and retail staff
• Foster a diverse, equitable, and inclusive environment through DEIB initiatives
• Manage shop compliance, including health and safety, time and attendance, and product integrity
• Oversee stock, inventory, ordering, and waste management within budget
• Execute merchandising plans and maintain visual standards to drive sales
• Manage staff scheduling and payroll accuracy within labor budgets

Requirements

• 3-5 years of retail management experience
• Strong HR skills including hiring, scheduling, training, and conflict resolution
• Excellent communication, listening, and analytical skills
• Strong organizational and time management abilities
• Proven customer service, supervisory, and sales skills
• Knowledge of skincare, natural beauty, and ethical business practices
• Ability to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with consultation-based customer service models
• Proven track record of developing retail staff careers
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Office Suite
• Experience in cross-cultural collaboration or DEIB training
• Fluency in Spanish, French, or other languages
