Responsibilities

- Oversee operational excellence including budgets, stock, inventory, and merchandising
- Ensure compliance with company policies, health and safety protocols, and scheduling requirements
Requirements
- 3-5 years of retail management experience
- Strong HR skills in hiring, scheduling, and performance management
- Excellent communication, analytical, and organizational skills
- Knowledge of skincare, natural beauty, and ethical business practices
- Ability to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with consultation-based customer service models
- Proven track record of developing retail staff careers
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Office Suite
- Experience in DEIB or social justice training
- Fluency in Spanish, French, or other languages
