Responsibilities

  • Lead sales and customer experience by exceeding daily goals and ensuring an inclusive environment
  • Educate customers and staff on brand values, ethical buying, and product benefits
  • Manage team recruitment, training, and career development
  • Oversee operational excellence including budgets, stock, inventory, and merchandising
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, health and safety protocols, and scheduling requirements

  • Knowledge of skincare, natural beauty, and ethical business practices

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Office Suite

  • Fluency in Spanish, French, or other languages
