Store Manager

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with the team to exceed daily sales goals and ensure an inclusive customer experience
• Educate customers and staff on brand values including ethical buying and fighting animal testing
• Develop and execute business plans to improve KPIs and achieve sales targets
• Recruit, train, and develop the management team and retail staff
• Maintain shop compliance regarding health, safety, and company standards
• Manage stock, inventory, ordering, and waste within budget
• Execute merchandising plans and maintain visual standards
• Oversee scheduling, time, and attendance to ensure payroll accuracy and staff wellbeing

Requirements

• 3-5 years of retail management experience
• Strong HR skills including hiring, scheduling, and performance management
• Excellent communication, analytical, and troubleshooting skills
• Strong customer service and supervisory skills
• Knowledge of skincare, natural beauty, and ethical business practices
• Ability to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with consultation-based customer service models
• Proven track record of developing retail staff careers
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Office Suite
• Experience in cross-cultural collaboration or DEIB training
• Fluency in Spanish, French, or other languages
