About the role
Responsibilities
- Lead the team to exceed daily sales goals and ensure an inclusive customer experience
- Educate customers and staff on brand values, ethical buying, and product ingredients
- Recruit, train, and develop the management and retail teams
- Manage business metrics, budgets, and KPIs to achieve short- and long-term goals
- Oversee operational excellence including stock, inventory, merchandising, and scheduling
- Maintain shop compliance with health, safety, and company standards
Requirements
- 3-5 years of retail management experience
- Strong HR skills including hiring, scheduling, and performance management
- Excellent communication, analytical, and troubleshooting skills
- Strong customer service and supervisory abilities
- Knowledge of skincare, natural beauty, and ethical business practices
- Ability to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with consultation-based customer service models
- Proven track record of developing retail staff careers
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Office Suite
- Experience in cross-cultural collaboration or DEIB training
- Fluency in Spanish, French, or other languages
