Store Manager

Responsibilities

• Lead and foster an inclusive team culture by recruiting, hiring, and developing a diverse group of team members
• Drive retail performance by managing the store's P&L, labor hours, and annual sales targets
• Deliver a world-class guest experience through coaching team members on technical product education and connection
• Execute visual merchandising strategies and manage inventory accuracy and product deliveries
• Build brand awareness by cultivating relationships with local community ambassadors and influencers
• Plan and execute local community projects and initiatives to strengthen brand presence

Requirements

• 1 year of people management experience, including recruiting and performance management
• 1 year of experience managing business operations, retail scheduling, and labor hours
• Legal authorization to work in the United States
• Reliable transportation to travel to the assigned store location
• Ability to work a variable schedule including mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays

Preferred Qualifications

• 2 years of retail or sales-specific management experience
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent
