Store Manager

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage all aspects of retail store operations, including P&L management, budgeting, and labor planning.
• Build and foster a diverse, inclusive, and respectful team culture through effective recruitment and onboarding.
• Drive team development by providing direct feedback, coaching, mentoring, and career path guidance.
• Ensure a world-class guest experience by leading on the sales floor and addressing guest needs or escalations.
• Cultivate local community relationships with ambassadors, sweat leaders, and other external partners to increase brand awareness.
• Collaborate with regional teams and store partners on product feedback, community engagement, and conversion strategies.

Requirements

• 3+ years of people management experience.
• Legal eligibility to work in the assigned jurisdiction.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule.
• Willingness to be active on the sales floor for most of a shift to assist guests and manage operations.
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a collaborative team.

Preferred Qualifications

• 2+ years of specific retail or sales management experience.
• High School diploma or equivalent or higher.
• Strong business acumen with the ability to interpret P&L statements and sales forecasts.
