Responsibilities

  • Drive store-level financial and operational results by monitoring KPI targets
  • Hire, train, develop, and motivate team members
  • Lead excellent customer service through coaching and role modeling
  • Maximize sales performance through product knowledge and selling skills
  • Manage inventory including ordering, receiving, and stocking
  • Maintain visual merchandising standards and store cleanliness
  • Protect store assets and ensure compliance with safety and security policies
  • Maintain accurate business, legal, and personnel records
  • Develop marketing opportunities and partner with mall management

Requirements

  • 1 year of proven, results-driven retail store manager experience is helpful
  • Exceptional leadership and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks
  • Ability to lift 25 pounds
  • Availability to work traditional retail hours
