About the role
Responsibilities
- Achieve store profit and loss targets by implementing actions to maximize sell-out for the new store opening.
- Motivate, mentor, and manage the store team to deliver exceptional customer service.
- Control costs and manage store operations including stock, payroll, administration, and rotas.
- Monitor KPIs and team performance by analyzing commercial data and reporting to the District Manager.
- Recruit, induct, and train high-caliber team members with a passion for denim.
- Share product knowledge and assist with ongoing team training.
Requirements
- Proven retail management experience in a fast-paced environment.
- A strong track record of team development and leadership.
- Experience driving KPIs and managing commercial performance.
- Proficiency in cost control and managing store operations, stock, and administration.
- Solid understanding of HR policies and processes.
- Ability to commute to the new Cribbs Causeway store location.
