Store Manager

Responsibilities

• Achieve store profit and loss targets by implementing actions to maximize sell-out at the new Cribbs Causeway location
• Motivate, mentor, and manage the store team to deliver exceptional customer service
• Control costs and store operations, including stock management, payroll, administration, and rotas
• Monitor KPIs and team performance by running reports and updating the District Manager on action plans
• Analyze commercial data and take appropriate actions to achieve performance goals
• Assist with team training and share product knowledge
• Recruit and induct high-caliber team members with a passion for denim

Requirements

• Previous managerial experience in a fast-paced retail environment with a track record of driving KPIs and controlling costs
• Proven experience in managing and developing a retail team
• Strong understanding of HR policies and processes
• Experience managing store operations, stock, and administrative duties
• Ability to commute to the new Cribbs Causeway store location
