Store Manager

Responsibilities

• Lead the LensCrafters team to deliver unsurpassed customer service and flawless execution of the customer experience
• Analyze reporting to create and implement action plans to improve store KPIs, including NPS, sales to plan, and exam growth
• Provide training and coaching to the team leveraging company-provided programs
• Attract, hire, and manage a highly engaged team to ensure optimal staffing
• Partner with the Doctor of Optometry to elevate the patient experience and drive store performance
• Manage all operational, inventory, and visual tasks according to company guidelines
• Implement and maintain company-approved safety programs to ensure a safe working environment

Requirements

• High School graduate or equivalent
• 4+ years of management or supervisory experience
• Knowledge of current optical theory and merchandise
• Strong communication, listening, and influencing skills
• Strong basic math skills (addition, subtraction, multiplication, division)
• Ability to manage time effectively under aggressive deadlines
• Proficiency with cash registers, computers, and calculators

Preferred Qualifications

• College degree or equivalent
• State licensure and/or ABO Certification
• LensCrafters Final Inspector Certification
• Completion of LensCrafters Quality, Fitting and Adjusting Program
• Previous experience in retail and customer service
• High level of business acumen and knowledge of the LC Dashboard
