About the role
Responsibilities
- Ensure a great customer experience at KIABI
- Lead, motivate, and manage the team to ensure performance and talent development
- Identify and recruit internal and external talent
- Manage collection trends and ensure correct visual identity implementation
- Drive the achievement of store budget and commercial objectives
- Make decisions based on the analysis of commercial indicators and sales data
- Ensure compliance with all company processes and procedures
Requirements
- At least 2 years of experience coordinating teams (e.g., store manager, section head)
- Availability to work weekly shifts
- Passion for fashion and customer service
- Degree in Fashion or Marketing is valued
- Training in sales techniques or business administration is valued
