Responsibilities

• Lead and inspire the store team while embodying KIABI's values
• Implement commercial strategies to ensure a high-quality shopping experience
• Manage the store as a profit center, controlling costs and driving profitability

Requirements

• Significant management experience as a Store Manager in specialized retail
• Ideally graduated from a business school
• Strong leadership and ability to federate teams around ambitious projects
• Passion for fashion and excellent customer service skills
• Ability to balance benevolence with high performance standards

• Salary between €33,000 and €40,000 gross per year (excluding variables)
