About the role
Responsibilities
- Manage the Bottega Veneta boutique at Las Vegas Crystals, ensuring exceptional client service and driving sales performance
- Lead and develop the boutique team to achieve excellence in luxury retail standards
- Oversee day-to-day boutique operations, including inventory management and visual merchandising
- Drive business growth by implementing sales strategies and fostering long-term client relationships
- Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to optimize boutique profitability
Requirements
- Proven experience in retail management, preferably within the luxury sector
- Strong expertise in customer service and client relationship management
- Demonstrated leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a high-performing team
- Solid business management skills, including sales leadership and operational oversight
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
