Store Manager

Responsibilities

• Lead retail operations for the Bottega Veneta boutique at Chicago Oak Street
• Drive excellence in customer experience and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction
• Manage day-to-day store activities and oversee boutique staff
• Implement brand standards and maintain the luxury aesthetic of the retail environment
• Monitor sales performance and implement strategies to achieve business objectives

• Proven experience in retail management, preferably within the luxury sector
• Expertise in delivering exceptional customer service and managing client relationships
• Strong leadership and team management skills
