Responsibilities

• Manage daily store operations for Bottega Veneta in Hong Kong
• Lead and develop the retail team through active coaching and mentorship
• Ensure exceptional client experiences that align with brand excellence
• Drive sales performance and achieve store KPIs
• Maintain brand visual standards and operational excellence within the boutique

Requirements

• Proven experience in luxury retail store management
• Strong coaching and people development skills
• Deep expertise in the luxury retail sector
• Ability to deliver high-end client service and relationship management
